How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments within Australia will takes around 2-7 business days for delivery

Shipments outside Australia will takes around 7-14 business days for delivery.

Which payment methods are available on this site?

We accept payment via PayPal, a secure online payment solutions company which offers 100% protection against unauthorised transactions. Payment via PayPal can be made using Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer. We also accept payment via Australia Post Money Orders and direct bank deposit.

When you have completed the checkout process for online shopping, you will be asked to select a method of payment.

Will I be charged custom fee?

If you are located outside Australia, duties and taxes may apply.

I'm a buyer outside Australia. How do I know the total in our own currency?

For overseas customers, we provide a link as a guide to prices in US dollars/ Euros/ British Pounds. You can visit www.xe.com/ucc/ to convert the Australian dollars to your currency.

However, your payment will always get charged in Australian dollars. There will be small amount of commission taken by your bank or PayPal depending on the exchange rate prevailing at the time of your transaction been processed.

Can I collect my item(s) if I live in Melbourne?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we have no pick up service for our local buyer.

How about GST?

All prices on the web site are GST inclusive (Australia's Goods and Services Tax).

For International customer, GST will not be charged.

How do you ship, and how much does it cost?

How are orders packaged?

All orders regardless of purchase amount are carefully wrapped within secure packaging such as bubble mailers or for fragile items will be placed in a hard box to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport.

What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?

If there are any issues with a shipment, please contact our customer support immediately at sales@blossomaccessories.com.au. We will do everything possible to locate the source of the problem.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Yes. Australia Post will ship to P.O. Boxes and Armed Services addresses. However, express shipping agents like FedEx or UPS overnight mail cannot be delivered to a post office box

How do I return or exchange products?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for refund, replace or for a credit of the original purchase amount (shipping and insurance fees are non refundable). Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Support within no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.

How long will it take to receive my exchange item?

Once we receive and process your returned item(s), depending on your location, you should receive your exchange within 1 to 2 weeks.

How long will it take receive my refund once I return an item?
