Blossom Accessories is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us. Providing garments are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed. We offer a 30 day refund or exchange policy. Please be advised that the refund excludes shipping cost.

If you like to exchange your products, please send them to us together with a pre-paid satchel or a stamped envelope to cover the delivery costs.
We strongly suggest that the parcel is returned using either Express Post, Registered Post or Parcel Post Plus which is trackable. Please also note that we are not able to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
