All Items are in stock and will be posted on the same day if payment is cleared before 2pm (excluding Friday, weekend and public holidays).

We use Australia post Regular and eParcel Express mail services within Australia and

Air mail for destinations outside of Australia

Flat Postage rate $9.99 within Australia regardless of the weight,

number of items or destination.

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Order Processing Time
1 - 2 business days of payment is received.
Note: If you need your order for a specific date please tell us in the Additional Comments field in the Checkout.

Delivery Time
This depends on your selected shipping method.

Regular & Registered Post: 2-7 business days from date of shipping
Express Post : 1-3 business days from date of shipping

Customs Fees and Import Restrictions
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out about any restrictions applicable to them and pay any charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest checking your country in the first instance on their website at www.auspost.com.au. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering e.g. Customs and Excise.

Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time expected please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.

Returns
Shipping cost is non-refundable on Returns. Orders sent with our free shipping option will have our AUD 7.95 shipping cost deducted.

Return Policy

Blossom Accessories is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us. Providing garments are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed. We offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. Please be advised that the refund excludes shipping cost.
If you like to exchange your products, please send them to us together with a pre-paid satchel or a stamped envelope to cover the delivery costs.
We strongly suggest that the parcel is returned using either Registered Post or Express Post which is trackable. We are not able to provide the refund or exchange if the return parcel fails to arrive at our address below
